COURT HEARINGS FOR PEOPLE V. BIG NASTY STORM TO TAKE PLACE, STORM CHASERS DECLARED TEMPORARY SERGEANTS

"We have multiple witnesses and people with void airline tickets at the time the storm committed the crime. Luckily, we have many security tower cameras revealing the whereabouts of the thief. " - N.Y. Chief of Police

People became infuriated as a storm in the north east beckons their air travel for today. One particular individual very displeased with the storm said "I am appalled that storm chasers are promoted to sergeants of police. I've been an officer for 10 years and I haven't gotten any raise like that!"

No one really paid attention to him of course.

Due to the overwhelming amount of tickets lost from this storm, police plan to make their arrest soon. A TOA sketcher gave us an insight as to what this may look like.

"We call 'em cloud cuffs 2.0. The previous model, 1.0, cuffed the cloud but it somehow slipped out of them." - Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of N.Y.

Our sources lead us to the conclusion that the freak storm has been convicted of several crimes before, such as one with a massive homicide in India a few years ago, as well as a mysterious kidnapping of New Orleans.

With the several charges, the state court of New York plans to get justice by laying down these charges. With also rape, under the influence, sex offender, public sex offender, un-admitted abortion, cause of certain birds to release vomit/crap onto unsuspecting citizens and parking tickets.

Meteorologists help figure out the suspicion of the storm's motive. "The National Weather Service says there were sustained winds of 30 to 35 miles per hour and gusts of up to 48 miles per hour at Kennedy Airport." After police heard of this, they issued out a speeding ticket. "Heavy rain and thunderstorms extended from Florida up the coast to southern New England on Sunday and the National Weather Service said Washington's Reagan National Airport had measured 1.43 inches of rain." A photo from our Doppler radar revealed the rebellious anger the storm had upon the world... by giving it the finger.
